PIPELINE INSTALLATION / REPAIR SERVICES

PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION:

We are experienced in the construction of 2 inches to 60 inches pipelines including mainline cross country construction, utilizing mechanized or manual welding methods in a variety of geographic terrains. We can also provide qualified inside plant construction, handling above and underground piping in and around oil sands related mines, SAGD and upgrader facilities.

EMERGENCY PIPELINE REPAIR SERVICES:

The objective is to minimize the environmental impact and loss of production associated with unplanned events associated with pipeline integrity failures or accidental damages by using appropriate machinery and proven repair techniques to identify, isolate, contain, expose, repair / replace, restore and rehabilitate the site.

MOORING INTEGRITY AND HOSE ANALYSIS:

This is a very specific case of SPM IRM. This is primarily aimed at the pre-FEED/FEED stage of the solution. Depending on the data available from nearby/similar installations we can make site-specific recommendations during the design stage

We are specialist in pipe fitting and welding for carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steels. We have the equipment for Shielded Metal Arc welding (SMAW) and Gas tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) and can provide the required welding process as per our client specification.
